Services Hub Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operations and maintenance of several wind farms.

• Supervise site management teams and act as the main point of contact for intricate operational issues.

• Ensure adherence to the obligations outlined in Contractual Full Services Agreements.

• Manage hub-level O&M KPIs to enhance operational efficiency and performance.

• Guarantee high availability of wind farms while minimizing downtime.

• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate site activities and address complex operational challenges.

• Strategically plan and assign labor and parts for corrective, preventive, and retrofit tasks.

• Identify and mitigate customer, contract, and compliance risks proactively.

• Address customer concerns and handle contractual issues effectively.

• Ensure rigorous compliance with operational contracts and maintain effective communication with customers.

• Coordinate technically with the FPM team and remote operations centers.

• Oversee GE Vernova and supplier technicians.

• Provide education and updates to the team regarding processes, procedures, technical guidelines, training compliance, safety, and business insights.

• Manage employee performance development and offer opportunities for them to showcase their contributions.

• Promote a culture of safety through regular audits and Gemba walks.

• Ensure compliance with EHS standards, instructions, and guidelines.

• Maintain balanced financial conditions for operations and identify potential financial impacts early.

• In-depth technical understanding of wind turbine technology and component specifics, including gearboxes, DFIG generators, blades, and control systems.

• Outstanding people management capabilities.

• Experience in site management.

• Proactive mindset towards resource planning and process standardization.

• Competence in managing customer issues, escalations, and contractual matters.

• Proficiency in planning and allocating labor and parts.

• Capability to manage GE Vernova and supplier technicians effectively.

• Ability to ensure compliance with EHS standards, instructions, and guidelines.
