Services Experience Analyst III – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the control, analysis, and monitoring of the budget within the Services area, pinpointing variances, efficiencies, and opportunities for financial optimization.

• Direct the strategic planning and organizational structure of the area, while tracking the OKR methodology.

• Conduct financial analyses, forecasts, and operational studies to aid in strategic decision-making across both company-owned stores and the franchise network.

• Prepare executive presentations and performance monitoring reports tailored for strategic teams and senior leadership.

• Collaborate with Store Channel Training, Communications, Franchising, Company-Owned Stores, and other relevant departments.

• Play a key role in enhancing the in-store customer experience through planning that emphasizes operational efficiency and financial viability.

• Lead and support strategic initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of in-store Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to work on a fixed-term contract (8 months).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Background in Planning or Projects, including the development of new processes; experience in retail is preferred.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets tools (spreadsheets, presentations, etc.).

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools.

• Proven experience in creating and delivering executive presentations.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the skill to build feasibility spreadsheets and analyze margins.

• Experience in influencing cross-functional teams and negotiating deadlines and deliverables in complex environments.

• A proactive and self-motivated profile.

• Interest in understanding the challenges faced at the frontline (stores/franchisees) to devise practical and applicable solutions.

• Resilience and adaptability in managing projects during the testing phase and amidst frequent changes to the initial plan.
