This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create high-quality software and web applications.
• Evaluate and manage current software applications.
• Design code that is highly scalable and testable.
• Identify and resolve programming bugs.
• Develop third-party integrations (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc.).
• Write and create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, and UI scripts.
• Collaborate independently with clients on implementations and remote services.
• Troubleshoot basic configuration and scripting issues.
• Participate in requirements review and validation sessions as necessary.
• Engage in SCRUM meetings.
• Employ strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Remain punctual and focused on assigned customer tasks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proficient in scripting and integration on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience in leading ITOM implementations.
• Background in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, Service Mapping, and AIOps.
• Experience and willingness to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Self-motivated learner eager to grasp new technologies.
