This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and construct REST connectors/webhooks to standardize JSON payloads.
• Execute automated workflows within Flow Designer and orchestration playbooks.
• Set up event rules and notifications.
• Enhance and refine ITSM modules in accordance with ITIL best practices.
• Manage and configure sophisticated AI solutions such as Now Assist, AIOps, and Predictive Intelligence.
• Design dashboards and operational health insights for services and Major Incident Management (MIM).
• We seek a ServiceNow Specialist/Architect with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth understanding of ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM.
• Technical proficiency in developing intricate integrations using JavaScript and APIs.
• A strategic perspective in solution architecture.
• Demonstrated success in implementing ServiceNow and platforms such as BMC Helix or Micro Focus.
