This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Perform hands-on configuration, customization, and deployment of platforms in accordance with design specifications.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration manuals, integration specifications, and deployment runbooks.

• Evaluate existing technical environments to pinpoint gaps, dependencies, and migration needs.

• Design and execute platform integrations with current enterprise systems and data sources.

• Aid in data migration tasks, encompassing mapping, validation, and reconciliation processes.

• Conduct unit and integration testing to verify that configurations fulfill both functional and technical requirements.

• Diagnose and resolve platform-related issues, defects, and technical obstacles throughout the implementation phases.

• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to confirm technical designs and ensure compliance with standards.

• Engage in technical workstream planning, sprint tasks, and progress tracking.

• Contribute to quality assurance activities, including peer reviews of technical configurations and documentation.

• Recognize and escalate technical risks, dependencies, and implications to the engagement lead.

• Assist in managing environments, including development, testing, and production instances.

• Support the transition to deployment and provide assistance during post-go-live support phases.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in platform implementation, systems integration, or technical consulting.

• Practical experience in configuring and deploying enterprise technology platforms.

• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and methodologies for data exchange.

• Background in Agile or structured delivery methodologies.

• Capability to convert technical requirements into actionable configurations and solutions.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
