ServiceNow Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversees client-facing implementations and ensures successful delivery within ServiceNow ITOM / ITSM environments.

• Merges comprehensive engagement ownership with pre-sales support, encompassing solutioning, scoping, and proposal development.

• Suggests and provides solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring alignment with their functional requirements.

• Prepares and conducts workshops.

• Advocates for process standardization and improvements in efficiency.

• Identifies and documents detailed requirements.

• Designs process solutions.

• Offers advisory and implementation services along with solutions.

• Configures the platform and applications.

• Adheres to ServiceNow Best Practices for solution delivery.

• Trains, empowers, and educates clients on the implemented solution.

• Provides support after go-live.

• Utilizes technology knowledge and industry expertise to evaluate, recommend, educate, implement, and assist customers in realizing the value of the ServiceNow platform.

• Contributes to proposals and suggests relevant content.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

• Experience in leading or guiding ServiceNow implementations utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Strong background in ITSM and ITOM.

• Experience in delivering ServiceNow integrations with external systems.

• Basic understanding of ServiceNow development concepts (e.g., scripting, configuration vs. customization, etc.).

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and ensure accountability throughout project completion.

• Experience working within an Agile delivery model, including requirements gathering, development, and testing phases.

• Engagement management experience covering planning, reporting, delivery, and project closure.

• Strong consultative skills with the ability to clearly and effectively convey business process enhancements.
