ServiceNow Developer – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement the specified and approved requirements outlined in the team backlogs you work with, ensuring that the acceptance criteria and designed test scenarios are fulfilled;

• Assist in documenting the user stories that comprise the team backlogs, ensuring that the requirements are sufficiently clear for implementation;

• Create prototypes or conduct proofs of concept within product design teams;

• Design automated tests on the platform (both unit and regression), ensuring that key functionalities are adequately covered;

• Participate in all team ceremonies for the teams you are involved with, including effort estimation;

• Carry out all team tasks assigned to you;

• Promptly escalate any identified impediments to ensure they are addressed by the team’s Agile Master or the client team overseeing the service;

• Serve as the technical lead for the team, ensuring adherence to recommended best practices for the platform and confirming that the product meets security requirements;

• Engage in other activities related to the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or completed postgraduate degree in Technology;

• Professional experience on the ServiceNow platform as a Developer, Systems Analyst, or in a similar position;

• Familiarity with GRC and/or VA;

• Possess the following official certification from the platform vendor: (CAD) Certified Application Developer;

• Have completed the platform's official training track, including the following courses: ServiceNow Fundamentals; Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Introduction; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Run Tests and Test Suites; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Create and Schedule Tests and Test Suites; Automated Test Framework (ATF): Additional Tips, Techniques, and Resources.
