ServiceNow Developer – Secret

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in the execution and setup of essential ITSM functionalities within a USSOCOM environment.

• Configure and enhance the functionality of Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request Management, Service Catalog, and Service Operations Workspace using ServiceNow best practices.

• Customize and configure the Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request Management, and Service Catalog modules.

• Develop catalog items, record producers, execution plans, workflows, and routing logic.

• Set up SLA/OLA management, prioritization models, categorization frameworks, templates, and assignment rules.

• Implement auto-assignment driven by CMDB and risk-based change management processes.

• Configure Major Incident Management processes including communication strategies, post-incident reporting, and related workflows.

• Create dashboards, reports, surveys, and operational metrics.

• Configure Knowledge Management procedures including article submission workflows, feedback mechanisms, notifications, and access controls.

• Implement and set up Service Operations Workspace including persona-based views, UI actions, routing rules, and integration with live agents via Microsoft Teams.

• Configure ACLs, User Criteria, UI Policies, forms, plugins, and update sets.

• Lead knowledge transfer sessions and offer guidance on ServiceNow best practices and platform administration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations.

• Proficiency in configuring Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management modules.

• Experience with Flow Designer, ACLs, scripting, routing logic, and ServiceNow best practices.

• Knowledge of CMDB-driven workflows and Service Operations Workspace.

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.

• Active Secret Clearance or higher is mandatory.
