⛳️ Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with **Jira** at the administrator level.

• Proficiency in utilizing logs and monitoring tools to examine product and system issues (Datadog, Grafana, Kibana).

• Familiarity with tools for automating administrative tasks.

• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher.

• Understanding of software development principles and fundamentals.

• Experience in writing basic **SQL queries**.

• Strong process management skills, teamwork capabilities, and a proactive attitude.

• **Nice to have:**

• Experience with **Google Cloud**.

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as **Bash, Python, Golang**.

• Practical experience in **incident management (SEV process, on-call duties)**.

• Background in a fintech organization.

• Experience working in a startup environment.
