Service Technician, Technical Support – Automotive Testing Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring technical support, both via phone and on-site.

• Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of vehicle testing equipment.

• Conduct fault analysis and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic components.

• Execute quality inspections to ensure standards are met.

• Provide technical expertise to the development department and assist in training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a technical or skilled-trade discipline (e.g., mechatronics, electronics, electrical engineering).

• Passion for customer interaction and collaboration within a team.

• Willingness to travel along with a valid Class B driver’s license.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.

• Computer literate with a strong ability to manage technical documentation.
