This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Provide service, installation, and repair of equipment in commercial settings following established standards and procedures.
• Uphold safety and professionalism at all times.
• Advocate for service and preventative maintenance plans while communicating potential leads to the sales team.
• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems in equipment.
• Complete all required documentation accurately, including work orders, service orders, time logs, and emergency information schedules.
• Manage inventory control of assigned equipment to ensure sufficient stock levels.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the residential/commercial laundry industry is preferred.
• A strong commitment to excellence and maintaining high standards.
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Exceptional customer service capabilities.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
• Bilingual skills are an advantage.
