Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Conduct maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of Dingli aerial work platforms both at customer locations and service centers.

• Promptly address warranty claims and effectively communicate any repair issues or limitations.

• Offer technical support and training to customer representatives as well as internal personnel.

• Travel throughout France and nearby areas to assist with customer site visits and service operations as required.

• Keep precise service records and reports.

• Continuously enhance technical skills and product knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a service technician capacity, ideally within mechanical, hydraulic, or related sectors (such as construction machinery, agricultural equipment, AWP, or automotive repair).

• Strong skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

• Capability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.

• Excellent communication abilities in French; English proficiency is an advantage.

• A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel frequently within the region.

• Strong customer service focus.

• Preferred possession of relevant technical certifications or qualifications.
