Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Carry out daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual refrigeration repairs, predictive maintenance, and preventative maintenance tasks for industrial refrigeration systems (Ammonia/CO2/Freon) efficiently and safely while ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Execute routine and urgent industrial refrigeration repairs and maintenance on equipment, including compressors, condensers, pumps, motors, valves, as well as electrical troubleshooting for systems, automation/controls, and alarm systems.

• Conduct repairs and seal replacements on compressors from various manufacturers.

• Implement preventative maintenance practices such as compressor alignment and vibration analysis utilizing the latest technologies.

• Show a comprehensive understanding and compliance with all workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Operate either independently or with minimal supervision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to troubleshoot and repair industrial refrigeration systems using Ammonia/CO2/Freon, both mechanical and electrical.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting ammonia refrigeration manuals, documents, and drawings (P&ID’s).

• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.

• Strong technical and mechanical expertise.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Effective time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• Must successfully complete a drug screening for employment.

• Must pass a physical examination and Respirator FIT Testing.

• Physically capable of climbing ladders, working at elevated heights, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends.

• Ability to endure prolonged working periods in varying temperature environments.
