Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Organization of projects and oversight of the technical execution of intricate IT system initiatives (installation, configuration)

• Evaluation, consulting, implementation, and documentation of solutions within client settings

• Assistance for national and international branches, partners, and major clients, along with independent execution of qualification and solution research tasks

• Development of proofs of concept for partners

• Training sessions for our certified partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid IT knowledge gained through academic studies or formal training

• Strong analytical abilities to independently troubleshoot issues, coupled with a solution-focused work approach

• Fundamental knowledge of project management

• Familiarity with vector graphic editing (preferred)

• Experience with databases, virtualization, network protocols, and IT security measures (preferred)

• Basic programming skills (preferred)

• Excellent and precise communication abilities

• Capacity to work autonomously and take initiative

• Strong customer service orientation, along with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Proficient in French, Dutch, and English
