This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Address customer inquiries and provide assistance with policy management.
• Oversee and update customer policy details.
• Manage account administration and billing questions.
• Ensure precise documentation within CRM/AMS systems.
• Process 40-60 customer calls each day.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Achieve a CSAT return rate of 90%.
• Proficient in Spanish (Required).
• Advanced or native-level proficiency in English is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Capacity to manage high call volumes.
• Skilled in using industry-standard CRM/AMS platforms.
• Self-driven with a sense of urgency.
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service center is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in the US Personal and/or Commercial Lines Insurance market.
• Knowledge of US real estate/mortgage processes.
• Familiarity with multiple Agency Management Systems (AMS).
• Experience with modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Understanding of billing, account management, and insurance policy servicing is an advantage.
