Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Investigate and address inquiries and issues from providers, County Waiver Agencies, and staff from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services pertaining to third-party administration.

• Utilize internal software applications to research and resolve questions.

• Deliver prompt and precise responses to foster customer satisfaction.

• Cultivate and sustain business relationships with stakeholders.

• Conduct occasional training sessions, either onsite or virtually.

• Oversee responsibilities and make independent decisions with minimal supervision.

• Collaborate with a team while independently managing assigned tasks.

• Regularly engage with providers, CWAs, and DHS staff to address inquiries.

• Lead or take part in training sessions for stakeholders.

• Manage routine responsibilities and tackle unique challenges that require innovative problem-solving.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background of 1–3 years in a relevant professional setting is preferred.

• Strong understanding of Wisconsin Medicaid.

• General knowledge of commercial and government healthcare insurance programs.

• Exceptional research and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient communication skills to interact effectively and professionally with all stakeholders.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Capability to learn organization-specific software applications.

• Must be a resident of Wisconsin.

• Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. CST or 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST, from Monday to Friday.
