This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Accurately completes assigned tasks and customer support initiatives within designated timelines.
• Engages in and contributes to operational process enhancement projects aimed at improving customer experience and service delivery.
• Takes ownership of, manages, and executes at least one essential recurring operational process to guarantee consistent and high-quality service.
• Monitors individual performance, project milestones, and timelines to ensure timely and effective customer outcomes.
• Communicates and composes professionally in all interactions, including phone calls, memos, letters, and emails.
• Assesses current operational procedures and processes to pinpoint opportunities for greater efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Aids in the development, design, and implementation of new processes that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Keeps track of due dates and deliverables to ensure timely completion and submission of materials.
• Bachelor’s Degree (4-year) preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
