
Service Line Specialist, Revenue Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Execute professional and/or hospital billing and collection tasks for clinical service lines.
• Manage secondary collections, cash posting, resolution of accounts receivable, adjustments, credit balance resolutions, revenue enhancement, and cash flow.
• Implement revenue management activities to ensure cost efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
• Coordinate efforts with revenue management functions and third-party payers.
• Relay information regarding billing, insurance follow-up, cash flow, cash application, revenue enhancement, profitability, customer service, and accounts receivable outcomes to leadership and senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to address revenue management requirements.
• Engage in at least sixty hours of classroom training annually.
• Assist in the development of strategic plans as needed.
• Develop, implement, and oversee quality initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of the revenue management process.
• Conduct departmental operations within established limits and meet performance and quality objectives.
• Analyze and communicate trends and issues to the supervisor and manager.
• Fulfill job-specific responsibilities and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or an Equivalent (GED) is required.
• An Associate's Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is necessary.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer usage.
• Understanding of the regulatory landscape in financial services.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Must meet all job-specific responsibilities.
• Compliance with organizational policies and procedures is mandatory.
• Does not qualify for J-1 waiver.
