This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding technical issues.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.
• Elevating issues to higher-tier support when required.
• Collaborating with an engineering partner to identify and address technical challenges that may occur during the engineering workflow.
• Keeping documentation and records pertaining to technical support inquiries up to date.
• Providing remote assistance and level 2 engineering support; delivering technical support to customers or partners independently or in conjunction with a technical support team.
• Working alongside other departments, such as software developers or product managers, to address technical challenges and enhance products or services.
• Bachelor’s or College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in the solar energy sector (technical service, commissioning service) is advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
• Remote support.
• Customer education and training on product or service features and functionalities.
