This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the complete servicing relationship for designated clients across all business lines
• Create and execute strategic plans, operational initiatives, and programs in collaboration with both internal and external leadership
• Manage all facets of client servicing in conjunction with Client Growth Executives and enterprise business units
• Act as an advocate for clients, enhance consultative member service, promote Velera products and services, and supervise initiatives and service requests
• Handle client escalations, resolutions, implementation challenges, operational issues, system problems, and application concerns
• Develop comprehensive resolution action plans to tackle production-related challenges and critical issues
• Strengthen strategic client relationships while managing program requirements and daily servicing requests
• Oversee complex and sophisticated client programs
• Provide mentorship and coaching to others while actively seeking personal development opportunities
• Lead multifaceted client initiative projects, including financial institution mergers, pilot programs for new products, promotions, and campaigns
• Consult with clients on strategic planning, program management, solution delivery, new product launches, and issue resolution
• Serve as the primary point of contact among partners and ensure ongoing communication for timely implementation
• Act as the primary operational liaison for clients with Velera delivery and production teams
• Prepare and present updates to senior leadership and client senior executives
• Cultivate knowledge of client product and service portfolios, providing consultation, mentorship, and guidance on initiatives and change requests
• Engage with clients regarding service satisfaction and daily service delivery inquiries
• Generate client status reports and lead progress on outstanding items
• Create status reports, client presentations, business reviews, and operational/service reports
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or a combination of education and pertinent experience is preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of client relationship or client servicing experience within the financial services industry is required
• Proven experience in driving strategic initiatives, client outcomes, and customer success is necessary
• Project Management experience is preferred
• Must have eligibility to work in the United States
