Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• **How you will contribute to our success:**

• As a Service Engineer:

• - Offer technical troubleshooting assistance to installers and other customers through phone or digital platforms.

• - Provide commissioning support, whether remotely or on-site.

• - Collaborate actively with both international and local colleagues/departments to effectively address customer concerns.

• - Organize and manage the logistics for dispatching inverters for replacement and assist in their collection.

• - Aid in the qualification, onboarding, and management of new service partners.

• - Precisely document all pertinent case information using CRM software.

• - Conduct training sessions for customers or internal staff.

• - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance products and processes to boost customer satisfaction and improve company cost-effectiveness.

• - Regularly gather feedback, such as customer satisfaction data, to support ongoing improvement of the after-sales process.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Your qualifications and experience:**

• - Bachelor's degree or higher in technical fields, preferably in electrical engineering, renewable energy, photovoltaic engineering, or related areas.

• - Proficient in Hindi and business fluent in English.

• - Comprehensive understanding of the technical requirements for PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers in the distribution and/or utility scale sectors, including product specifications, grid code mandates, competitive landscape, and tender requirements.

• - Ability to work autonomously and maintain focus in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• - Previous experience in a PV-related industry is not mandatory but would be beneficial.
