This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for overseeing and coordinating Field Service Engineers in Northern Germany and Poland.
• Guarantee high-quality technical support, operational excellence, and a uniform customer experience throughout the region.
• Convert departmental and company strategy into practical execution.
• Collaborate closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and facilitate an integrated customer journey.
• Cultivate a culture of trust, accountability, and ongoing development.
• Serve as a mentor, coach, and facilitator, fostering a safe environment where team members can excel, develop, and contribute to collective success.
• A higher education degree in a technical or engineering field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading a team of engineers.
• Demonstrated experience in people management, coaching, and team development.
• Strong commercial insight, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Robust organizational and performance management skills.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, such as IVDR and ISO13485, and the capacity to convert regulatory requirements into compliant processes, governance structures, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in English and a good command of German.
• Experience in the medical device, diagnostics, or a related regulated industry is preferred.
