This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Documenting and overseeing incidents reported by users through multiple channels, primarily via phone.
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues utilizing the knowledge base.
• Delivering first-line support to end users by guiding them through the resolution process or escalating issues when necessary.
• Monitoring and updating the status of service requests and incidents within the ticketing system.
• Utilizing and contributing to the knowledge base for effective problem resolution and documentation.
• Referring complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as needed.
• Assisting with user account administration, including password resets and access permissions.
• Collaborating with business partners and other support or solution teams.
• Willingness to work in shifts for 24/7 coverage, including weekends and night shifts.
• Proficient in German, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• No specific IT experience is necessary.
• The candidate must be eager and willing to learn.
• Must possess patience and a helpful attitude.
• Previous experience in IT services.
