This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Oversee the deployment and activation of telecommunications products and services for public-sector, regulated, and Small and Medium Business clients.
• Ensure that service delivery is executed in a timely and precise manner.
• Comply with governance and compliance requirements throughout all service delivery activities.
• Keep accurate documentation and maintain operational discipline.
• Collaborate with Operations, Network, Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams.
• Identify and escalate issues related to delivery or compliance.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance service reliability.
• Track service delivery performance metrics in relation to organizational standards and customer expectations.
• 0–3 years of experience in managing B2B service delivery projects for public-sector or regulated clients with strict compliance and governance standards.
• 0–3 years of experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, including Operations, Network, Engineering, Security, and Compliance.
• 0–3 years of experience in maintaining accurate documentation and operational discipline within telecommunications or technology service settings.
• A comprehensive understanding of governance and compliance requirements for public-sector and regulated clients.
• Familiarity with telecommunications products, services, and deployment procedures.
• Capability to maintain precise documentation and operational discipline.
• Proficient in coordinating cross-functional relationships and managing service transitions.
• Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues related to delivery or compliance.
• Expertise in established service delivery processes and protocols.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple deployments and activations concurrently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.
