This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Oversee and manage the operations of the account service delivery team to ensure that Gainwell products and services are provided in alignment with the project timeline.
β’ Generate demand forecasts and collaborate with functional areas or departments to propose, plan, and deliver comprehensive services.
β’ Navigate intricate relationships between delivery teams and client groups to foster stronger client connections.
β’ Enhance client satisfaction by identifying opportunities for service improvements.
β’ Assist proposal teams in integrating new, improved, and existing service offerings for both current and prospective accounts.
β’ Recruit and hire team members to bolster your team, and provide training to improve their performance.
β’ Significant leadership or supervisory experience in support services, project leadership, or program management within the technology sector.
β’ Solid understanding of the healthcare technology industry and its products.
β’ Strong executive presence complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills to build relationships and engage with clients and team members.
β’ Proficient in managing projects, financial budgets, and forecasting.
β’ Capability to lead and inspire diverse teams to achieve high-quality outcomes for clients.
