Service Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the operations of the account service delivery team to ensure that Gainwell products and services are provided in alignment with the project timeline.

• Generate demand forecasts and collaborate with functional areas or departments to propose, plan, and deliver comprehensive services.

• Navigate intricate relationships between delivery teams and client groups to foster stronger client connections.

• Enhance client satisfaction by identifying opportunities for service improvements.

• Assist proposal teams in integrating new, improved, and existing service offerings for both current and prospective accounts.

• Recruit and hire team members to bolster your team, and provide training to improve their performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant leadership or supervisory experience in support services, project leadership, or program management within the technology sector.

• Solid understanding of the healthcare technology industry and its products.

• Strong executive presence complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills to build relationships and engage with clients and team members.

• Proficient in managing projects, financial budgets, and forecasting.

• Capability to lead and inspire diverse teams to achieve high-quality outcomes for clients.
