This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead, motivate, and inspire the expanding team of Service Delivery Managers.
• Establish and nurture trusting, long-term relationships with customers.
• Ensure customers realize the anticipated value from the product.
• Collaborate with the Head of Service Delivery to implement new processes.
• Manage a select portfolio of enterprise clients.
• Take charge of the professional development of Service Delivery Managers.
• Oversee Incident Management within AccessPay.
• Address client escalations of significant incidents.
• Develop a solid understanding of AccessPay products and clients' business requirements.
• Responsible for service delivery by applying Incident and Problem management principles.
• Proven experience in establishing and expanding Service Delivery teams in a customer-centric environment.
• Prior experience in managing Incident management and developing reporting and tracking capabilities.
• Experience in financial services within the payments or card industry would be an additional advantage.
