This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Accountable for the post-sale order entry procedure, which includes HSD, video, and both native and ported telephone lines.
• Receives orders from business sales representatives, checks for accuracy, and collects necessary information from customers.
• Facilitates communication between customers and sales representatives, focusing on quality assurance and overall customer satisfaction.
• Inputs orders into software platforms, while maintaining communication with business customers, dispatchers, Level 3, and local office teams throughout the installation process.
• Oversees multiple projects, including escalations, at different stages of completion, ensuring precision and thorough follow-up.
• Generates service tickets and updates Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for all orders.
• Additional duties and/or responsibilities not specifically mentioned above may be assigned as necessary.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); along with one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience in the cable industry, particularly in Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (C-LEC), Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (I-LEC), and Business-to-Business (B2B) is preferred.
• Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, percentages, adjustments, commissions, Early Termination Fees (ETF), and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Intermediate proficiency in essential software applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.
• Strong customer service abilities with a focus on phone interaction and data entry are essential.
• High level of accountability and attention to detail is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Single View is preferred.
• Understanding of ROI and basic knowledge of the port process is preferred.
