Service Coordinator – Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Ensure that our clients' projects are executed on time and meet the expected quality standards.

• Manage custom Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure projects.

• Participate in the implementation of technological solutions.

• Conduct requirement gathering, definition, analysis, and monitoring of the entire project lifecycle.

• Ensure governance and security of projects in terms of quality, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• Manage the financial aspects of services and projects.

• Oversee service and project suppliers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure.

• Knowledge in leading technical teams and direct management of clients or business areas.

• Strong negotiation skills and clear communication with business areas and management.

• Results-oriented with the ability to act decisively in critical situations.

• Solid experience in architecture and operations within Microsoft Azure.

• Proficiency in hybrid identity integration, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Experience in security within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Practical knowledge of ITIL and service management.
