SEO/GEO Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of client relationships from start to finish: craft their SEO/GEO strategy, execute tasks, and lead client meetings.

• Develop SEO/GEO roadmaps tailored for client websites.

• Recommend and apply SEO/GEO best practices.

• Conduct audits and enhance high-impact product, service, and landing pages.

• Analyze and interpret website code to identify technical SEO/GEO issues.

• Create concise, summarized checklists for SEO/GEO tasks.

• Manage and supervise the generation of SEO/GEO content.

• Perform weekly performance evaluations and prepare client reports.

• Design presentations that provide actionable recommendations.

• Generate ideas for tests and experiments aimed at enhancing search visibility.

• Keep abreast of industry developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an SEO/GEO position.

• Proficient in analyzing websites using tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Peec AI or similar platforms.

• Experience in tracking and reporting AI search visibility.

• Technical expertise accompanied by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience conducting comprehensive SEO/GEO site audits.

• Extensive experience working with eCommerce, Fintech, and SaaS clients.

• Ability to interpret data and offer impactful recommendations.

• Familiarity with using LLMs for SEO/GEO processes.

• Solid understanding of on-page, content, technical, and off-page GEO strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a history of managing client relationships.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with Google Workspace.
