SEO Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance websites for both mobile and desktop platforms.

• Utilize industry tools to identify prevalent search trends and generate content that enhances organic visibility.

• Research, compose, and refine SEO-driven content, including meta titles, descriptions, headlines, and image tags.

• Analyze competitor activities and search trends to gather insights and recommend innovative strategies.

• Collaborate with Paid Media/SEM teams, Marketing Managers, and vendor partners to synchronize strategies and produce tailored content.

• Perform regular audits to pinpoint content and keyword gaps while ensuring website accuracy.

• Keep abreast of Lithia events, OEM product launches, and vehicle updates to suggest pertinent content.

• Mentor and guide Online Content Specialists, create development plans, and encourage teamwork.

• Oversee strategic campaigns, initiate seasonal content, and establish efficient processes to promote effective communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in SEO, preferably within an agency setting.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a consistent emphasis on producing high-quality results.

• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Dreamweaver.

• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including UTM tracking and web analytics (Google Analytics).

• Experience with AI-driven SEO tools is highly preferred.

• Capability to design, edit, and optimize images for optimal web performance.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

• Leadership experience in mentoring colleagues and presenting in team or stakeholder meetings.
