This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead Transfr’s SEO and AEO initiatives, enabling workforce and education leaders to find Transfr while searching for solutions.
• Develop and implement an organic content strategy that transforms audience inquiries, search insights, and business goals into effective onsite and offsite content.
• Oversee the daily maintenance and accuracy of transfrinc.com, making content updates in Webflow and ensuring the website accurately represents current messaging, products, campaigns, and priorities.
• Enhance website performance by optimizing page content, metadata, internal linking, content architecture, calls to action, and conversion pathways.
• Identify technical SEO opportunities to enhance crawlability, indexation, redirects, page speed, schema, broken links, and overall site health.
• Manage Transfr’s social media agency and collaborate with Webflow design agency, freelancers, or other external partners to drive projects forward.
• Over 4 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, content marketing, website optimization, digital marketing, or a related field, including knowledge of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and technical website quality assurance.
• In-depth understanding of SEO principles, including keyword strategy, search intent, content optimization, technical SEO, internal linking, metadata, and site architecture.
• Proven experience in developing content strategies that enhance organic visibility, audience engagement, and conversion rates.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance research, content creation, SEO workflows, reporting, and productivity. Tools may include Claude, ChatGPT, AirOps, Jasper, Writer, Clearscope, MarketMuse, or similar platforms.
• An innate curiosity about the evolving nature of search behavior, including AI-driven search, answer engines, generative search results, and new organic growth strategies.
• Experience in analyzing website, content, and search performance data and converting insights into actionable recommendations and plans.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or another coding language.
• Capability to manage agencies, freelancers, timelines, and cross-functional feedback while being part of a small, hands-on marketing team.
