SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of local and national SEO campaigns from start to finish — conducting audits, developing strategies, implementing solutions, and generating reports.

• Enhance site structure, technical SEO, metadata, and content across various platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, and Wix.

• Utilize tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and GSC to monitor search rankings, discover insights, and improve performance.

• Upload and refine content using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Surfer SEO) for scalability and uniformity.

• Oversee local SEO efforts, including GBP optimization, citations, and location-specific pages.

• Work collaboratively with content writers and designers to ensure consistency with SEO objectives.

• Implement ethical link building strategies.

• Track progress and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

• Maintain organization and communication through Slack and Asana for team collaboration and task management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of SEO experience, preferably in service-oriented or local business sectors (UK-based experience is a plus, but not mandatory).

• Practical experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, and GSC.

• Proficiency with various CMS platforms, including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, and Wix.

• Strong grasp of local SEO, technical SEO, and content best practices.

• Ability to confidently employ AI tools for content planning and execution.

• Highly organized with excellent communication skills.

• A self-motivated individual who excels in a remote work setting.
