SEO & Growth Marketing Lead – B2B SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a robust B2B marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.

• Take charge of demand generation activities across various digital platforms (SEO, SEM, paid media, email, content marketing, etc.).

• Collaborate with Sales to drive strategies for lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion.

• Manage and enhance marketing funnels and customer journeys.

• Supervise the content strategy, which includes case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership pieces, and website content.

• Assess campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance ROI.

• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.

• Lead product marketing efforts, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

• Discover new growth opportunities in target industries and markets.

• Implement and refine account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise accounts.

• Formulate annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps that align with revenue targets.

• Develop clear attribution models and executive dashboards to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

• Mentor internal marketing team members and manage relationships with external agencies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.

• Demonstrated success in demand generation and pipeline development.

• Strong grasp of B2B sales cycles and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams to drive revenue outcomes.

• Proficient in using marketing automation and CRM tools.

• Exceptional analytical skills and comfort with performance metrics.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience creating executive-level reporting dashboards and presenting insights to leadership teams.

• Background in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise solutions is advantageous.
