This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Enhance organic performance on client websites through technical SEO, on-page optimization, and a well-structured content strategy.
• Establish and uphold precise tracking systems utilizing GA4 and GTM, ensuring data accuracy across client accounts.
• Spearhead GEO implementation initiatives to boost client visibility in AI-enhanced search environments and answer engines.
• Review and assist with Consent Management Platform configurations to guarantee reliable tracking as privacy regulations change.
• Create repeatable processes and documentation that enable the team to execute SEO strategies at scale without compromising quality.
• Discover and rank traffic and conversion opportunities within the client portfolio.
• Over 3 years of experience in an SEO position at a digital marketing agency (agency experience is mandatory).
• Proficient in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
• Strong foundation in technical SEO: crawl analysis, site structure, Core Web Vitals, and schema.
• Understanding of Consent Management Platforms and the impact of consent settings on data collection.
• A systems thinker: you seek to transform one-time tasks into repeatable and scalable workflows.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience with Google Data Studio / Looker Studio for reporting.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude in everyday tasks (Claude Cowork experience is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of GEO and the distinctions between AI search and traditional SERP optimization.
