Senior SEO Manager – SEO Projekt Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will independently manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously, keeping track of goals, timelines, priorities, and next steps.

• You are responsible for both the technical and organizational aspects of your client projects, ensuring clear and binding communication as the central point of contact.

• You will develop tailored SEO strategies, particularly for E-commerce clients, deriving concrete actions from market, competitive, and website analyses.

• You will implement SEO measures autonomously and practically—ranging from technical optimization and on-page adjustments to creating specific content briefs and guidelines for our content team.

• You will plan, manage, and monitor SEO campaigns, ensuring that agreed actions are reliably executed—even by yourself.

• You will engage with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and devise strategies and concrete approaches to enhance the visibility of client content in AI-driven search environments like ChatGPT & Co.

• You will prepare reports, status updates, and result presentations, clearly explaining developments and next steps in a consultative manner.

• You will combine SEO expertise with project management, client communication, and implementation strength.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have several years of experience in the SEO field, ideally within an agency or in an environment with multiple parallel projects.

• You are accustomed to managing multiple clients, topics, and priorities simultaneously.

• You bring experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content marketing, and can implement measures yourself.

• You possess a solid understanding of E-commerce, websites, content structures, and fundamental technical SEO.

• You have experience in client communication, presenting yourself in a professional, reliable, and consultative manner.

• You can structure projects, prioritize tasks, and drive them forward independently.

• You think not only in analyses but also in terms of implementation, impact, and results.

• You work reliably, organized, and solution-oriented.

• You can provide relevant reference sites and clearly explain the measures you took to improve visibility.

• Practical experience with GEO is desirable; more importantly, you understand the growing significance of AI-driven search environments like ChatGPT etc., and are ready to adapt quickly and intensively to changing requirements.

• You have business-fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
