SEO Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop SEO briefs for:

• - Industry pages

• - Role pages

• - Location pages

• - Service pages

• - Long-form blog content

• Enhance pages for search intent, conversions, and topical authority

• Review and fine-tune AI-generated content to ensure alignment with brand voice and quality standards

• Publish and conduct quality assurance on content within the CMS

• Optimize:

• - Titles

• - Meta descriptions

• - Headers

• - Internal linking

• - Page structure

• Ensure content consistency across templates and landing pages

• Create and manage AI prompt workflows for various page types

• Execute multi-step content generation workflows:

• - Outline creation

• - Draft generation

• - Editing

• - Quality assurance

• Enhance efficiency while upholding content quality

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for content production workflows

• Identify opportunities to scale content operations through AI

• Assist in the creation and scaling of:

• - Industry pages

• - Role pages

• - Location pages

• - Comparison pages

• Collaborate closely with brand marketing and design to enhance template performance

• Aid in structuring scalable internal linking systems

• Ensure content remains unique, useful, and non-duplicative at scale

• Conduct SEO quality assurance checks across published pages

• Monitor:

• - Indexability

• - Canonical tags

• - Redirects

• - Metadata

• - Crawlability

• - Sitemap health

• Proactively identify and troubleshoot SEO issues

• Collaborate with engineering or Webflow developers to resolve issues

• Monitor performance in:

• - Google Search Console

• - GA4

• - Ahrefs/Semrush

• Track content performance and keyword growth

• Support ongoing SEO experiments and growth initiatives

• Maintain weekly reporting on delivered work and performance impact

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO content or SEO operations

• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO best practices

• Experience with AI-assisted content workflows

• Proven ability to create SEO briefs and content outlines

• Hands-on experience with large-scale CMS publishing, particularly with WordPress

• Familiarity with:

• - Google Search Console

• - GA4

• - Ahrefs / Semrush

• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills

• Excellent written communication abilities

• Capability to manage deadlines and content pipelines autonomously

• Experience with programmatic SEO

• Experience in scaling location or role-based SEO pages

• Technical SEO knowledge

• Familiarity with internal linking strategies

• Basic understanding of automation or scripting
