Sensor Fusion Engineer – Audio-Visual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for developing a next-generation localization product featuring a learning map architecture.

• You will create a multi-signal perception and fusion system intended for a drone early-warning system.

• You will facilitate the simultaneous processing of video, audio, and various other data types.

• You will design, construct, and maintain scalable models, deploying model inference directly to drone detection devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT (e.g., engineering).

• At least 2 years of experience in roles such as Fusion Engineer, Signal Fusion Engineer, Sensor Fusion Engineer, Perception Engineer, Computer Vision & AI Research Scientist, Audio-Visual Deep Learning Engineer, or Multimodal Machine Learning Engineer.

• Ideally, familiarity with acoustics.

• Proficiency in Python and related frameworks.

• Strong experience with the Embedded Linux ecosystem.

• Some experience with cloud platforms.

• Fluent in English; additional spoken languages are advantageous.
