This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Take ownership of value engineering throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from initial value framing to late-stage deal support and post-live value validation.
β’ Create CFO-level ROI models that quantify the impact on cost reduction, productivity enhancements, revenue increases, and improvements in customer experience.
β’ Facilitate executive value discovery sessions and workshops, transforming qualitative business priorities into measurable financial results.
β’ Collaborate with Account Executives on strategic deals, crafting value narratives to guide prioritization, pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
β’ Promote value-driven selling by establishing standardized frameworks, benchmarks, and repeatable tools (including Parloa Value Studio).
β’ Convert intricate financial analyses into clear, engaging executive narratives that resonate with CFOs, CIOs, and other business leaders.
β’ Propel post-sale value realization by confirming outcomes and aiding in expansion through demonstrated impact.
β’ Document and operationalize field insights into scalable go-to-market playbooks, value frameworks, and industry-specific benchmarks.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in value consulting, value engineering, or commercial advisory roles within enterprise B2B SaaS or software sectors.
β’ A proven history of developing and managing ROI models and business cases that have influenced enterprise deals exceeding $1M, involving finance and procurement stakeholders.
β’ Strong expertise in financial modeling (e.g., NPV, IRR, TCO, payback, multi-year scenarios).
β’ Ability to excel in complex and ambiguous environments with incomplete data, tight deadlines, and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
β’ Possess an executive presence and the capability to translate complex analyses into clear and persuasive business narratives.
β’ Highly self-sufficient with a strong ownership mindset, while effectively collaborating across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and GTM teams.
β’ Practical and hands-on, comfortable creating models from foundational principles rather than relying on pre-existing templates.
β’ The compensation for this role is designed as On-Target Earnings (OTE), which includes a base salary and a performance-based variable component, along with an equity package.
