Senior/Staff Product Manager, Offense

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product roadmap for your designated offensive product area(s), overseeing everything from discovery to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Collaborate with offensive security engineers to define attack capabilities.

• Foster consequence-first thinking to illustrate the business impact of various attack paths.

• Work closely with Engineering leadership to align on priorities and navigate trade-offs.

• Directly engage with customers to grasp their needs regarding NodeZero.

• Collaborate across functions to assist with product launches and commercial agreements.

• Establish and monitor success metrics related to attack path coverage and customer adoption.

• Contribute to product strategy in partnership with senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Product Management, particularly in delivering technical SaaS products.

• A strong interest in or experience with cybersecurity, offensive security, or penetration testing.

• Proven track record of successfully shipping complex, technically intricate features in collaboration with engineering teams.

• Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional teams, including engineering, security research, sales, and executive stakeholders.

• A customer-focused mindset, integrating user feedback into product decisions.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to both technical and business audiences.

• Comfort in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, thriving amidst change.

• Experience working in Agile settings with modern product management tools.

• Preferred: A background in cybersecurity, networking, cloud infrastructure, or related technical fields.

• Preferred: Familiarity with offensive security principles.

• Preferred: Experience in developing products for technical practitioners.
