Senior/Principal Enterprise Architect – Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Leverage advanced technology and security knowledge to spearhead strategic discussions and illustrate the value of Workday’s platform.

• Convert intricate technical and risk-related concepts into understandable business outcomes for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Facilitate conversations regarding Workday’s SaaS architecture, focusing on security aspects such as cybersecurity controls, identity and access management, data protection, disaster recovery and business continuity, as well as data privacy and compliance (including HIPAA and the safeguarding of PHI/PII).

• Present impactful demonstrations that highlight how Workday’s architecture and delivery model assist customers in enhancing their security posture, mitigating risk, and achieving improved business results.

• Guide others by sharing best practices and replicable patterns gleaned from your customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Software Solution Consulting OR practical experience in designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise software solutions (SaaS experience preferred).

• Over 5 years of experience delivering engaging presentations and demonstrations to executive and technical audiences, both face-to-face and in virtual settings, effectively communicating technical concepts, security issues, and strategic initiatives.

• More than 5 years of applied knowledge in cloud architecture and security (e.g., identity and access management, encryption, network security, logging/monitoring), reporting/analytics, and integration standards (APIs, web services, event-driven architectures).

• Experience collaborating with clients in regulated sectors such as healthcare (including HIPAA and PHI), higher education, and/or state and local government, with the capability to discuss risk, compliance, security, architecture, and governance credibly.
