Senior/Lead Recruiter – Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create customized sourcing strategies to attract top talent from leading data center operators, renewable energy developers, and the power/grid sector.

• Evaluate and screen candidates for both specialized technical skills and cultural fit.

• Manage efficient and high-quality hiring processes: drive candidate pipeline activities, conduct post-interview debriefs, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Negotiate offers and secure exceptional talent in the competitive US infrastructure and energy markets.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders to thoroughly understand their technical needs, hiring objectives, and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly focused on technical or energy infrastructure in high-growth or startup settings.

• Demonstrated success in filling critical upstream positions, including Grid Interconnection, Data Center/Renewable Project Development, Land Acquisition, or High-Voltage/Substation Engineering.

• Proven capability to identify and secure candidates with niche, highly sought-after engineering and infrastructure skill sets within the US market.

• Ability to effectively partner with hiring managers and candidates, serving as a trusted talent advisor rather than merely managing processes.

• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing abilities at all organizational levels, from technical engineering leads to executives.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated capacity to engage and persuade experienced infrastructure professionals regarding a high-growth startup vision.

• Familiarity with modern ATS tools, pipeline reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices to maintain high hiring velocity.
