This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the product vision, roadmap, and execution for consumer-oriented AI experiences, including conversational agents, intelligent matching, automated guidance, and beyond.
• Rapidly prototype concepts. Leverage AI coding tools and agent frameworks to validate ideas prior to writing specifications.
• Determine how AI agents engage with families across various channels, focusing on trust, accuracy, and helpfulness in critical care decisions.
• Deliver products iteratively alongside engineering teams, utilizing experimentation and data to quickly learn and scale effective solutions.
• Identify the most impactful opportunities where agentic experiences can enhance family outcomes and business performance metrics.
• Design and execute experiments to validate product hypotheses, ensuring thorough measurement of their impact on conversion, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about the fast-changing AI landscape — assess new models, capabilities, and tools, and convert them into product opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, machine learning, and design teams to establish technical requirements, evaluation criteria, and UX patterns for AI-driven experiences.
• Partner with marketing and operations teams to ensure agentic experiences are seamlessly integrated into the overall family journey.
• Clearly communicate the product vision, progress, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of product management experience with a proven record of launching consumer-facing products that yield measurable results.
• Practical experience with agentic tools — you have prototyped agents, crafted production prompts, or developed AI-powered features (rather than just overseeing teams that did).
• Proficiency with AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, LangChain, agent frameworks) and a consistent practice of incorporating them into your workflow.
• A strong experimentation mindset — experience in designing A/B tests, analyzing outcomes, and making data-driven product decisions.
• Excellent grasp of product fundamentals: outcome-oriented thinking, effective prioritization, and the capacity to translate ambiguous issues into clear action plans.
• Strong technical communication skills — capable of engaging deeply with engineers on system design while explaining AI trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• For Lead level: At least 7 years of experience with a proven ability to mentor other product managers and drive product strategy across multiple workstreams.
