Senior/Lead Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold a high-performance, scalable AI/ML infrastructure.

• Efficiently construct and implement ML pipelines.

• Deploy models at scale.

• Design tools for ongoing monitoring and enhancements.

• Work collaboratively with data scientists, data engineers, architects, and DevOps professionals.

• Serve as experts in AI infrastructure for the creation of production-ready, scalable ML pipelines and AI-driven solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development.

• Strong expertise in Python, along with experience using relevant libraries (such as NumPy, Pandas, Kserve, etc.).

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly Azure.

• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (including Terraform and Helm charts), CI/CD practices, GitOps with ArgoCD, and containerization technologies (like Docker and Kubernetes).

• Foundational knowledge of machine learning principles, covering supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and model evaluation methods.

• Proficient in data preprocessing and feature engineering.

• Experience working with relational and vector databases.
