Senior/Lead Consultant Employee Central

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implement and provide support for customer projects centered around SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Evaluate customer needs and formulate strategies for the effective implementation and maintenance of SuccessFactors solutions.

• Assist throughout all project stages, from initial workshops and solution design to implementation and post-go-live assistance.

• Conduct customer workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer independently.

• Support presales efforts, including system demonstrations, solution presentations, and proposal development.

• Assume technical responsibility for the Employee Central module and aid in the advancement and growth of the SuccessFactors practice.

• Oversee smaller project streams or sub-projects while collaborating closely with customer stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed university degree or equivalent qualification.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.

• Current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

• Demonstrated success in delivering multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and HR business processes.

• Experience in leading workshops, advising stakeholders, and managing Employee Central workstreams.

• Interest in and understanding of AI-driven innovations within SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central.

• Strong analytical and solution-focused mindset.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficient in German and fluent in English.
