Senior/Lead AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy production-level LLM agents that incorporate tool utilization, including orchestration (state management, pause/resume functionality, journey/mode routing, and failure handling).

• Integrate tools utilizing MCP or gateway-style methods, focusing on schemas, authentication, idempotency, and auditing processes.

• Create tailored evaluations to meet specific needs.

• Collaborate and build alongside the internal team to enhance project outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python programming language.

• Preferably experienced with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore, including Runtime and Gateway components.

• Familiarity with operating in a production AWS environment, which includes EKS, Lambda/EventBridge, IAM, Bedrock/AgentCore, as well as logging and monitoring practices.

• Background in utilizing at least one observability or evaluation stack in a production setting (such as Arize AX, Langfuse, or Phoenix).

• Bonus: Experience with Strands or a quick adaptation from LangGraph/LangChain; knowledge of governed memory; familiarity with regulated or fintech environments.
