This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect and analyze business requirements, design, develop, and implement tailored Zendesk solutions, incorporating Zendesk AI features to enhance workflows and improve support processes.
• Create and manage Zendesk integrations with third-party applications, including CRM systems, chatbots, and various internal tools.
• Act as an administrator responsible for configuring help centers, user profiles, roles, and business rules.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation for Zendesk configurations, customizations, and operational processes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues associated with Zendesk configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Perform regular assessments and optimizations of Zendesk configurations to guarantee efficient and dependable system performance.
• Remain informed about the latest Zendesk features, APIs, and best practices to suggest enhancements and improvements to the current Zendesk setup.
• Offer technical guidance and support to colleagues on Zendesk-related initiatives.
• Design and execute intricate reports and dashboards utilizing Zendesk Explore.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Zendesk developer, administrator, or a related position, demonstrating a history of successful Zendesk implementations, customizations, and integrations.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical development, customer support, or an engineering role.
• Over 1 year of experience implementing Zendesk Agent Copilot and Zendesk Advanced AI.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in managing Zendesk architecture, APIs, and integrations (such as Salesforce).
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a proven ability to deliver results on time with minimal supervision in a highly technical, customer-oriented service environment.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to share insights, demonstrations, and process expectations with stakeholders and colleagues, both in-person and remotely.
