This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and set up Boomi Data Hub solutions catering to enterprise master data domains.
• Configure Data Hub models, fields, source systems, repositories, relationships, and synchronization processes.
• Develop match rules, duplicate detection mechanisms, survivorship rules, source ranking, and create golden records.
• Define and implement rules for data quality, validation, standardization, and exception handling.
• Create Boomi integrations between the Data Hub and various enterprise applications.
• Establish source-to-target mappings and transformation specifications.
• Identify systems of record, systems of entry, and authoritative sources by attribute.
• Assist in data profiling and analyze data quality issues.
• Design processes for data stewardship, exception management, and manual record reviews.
• Develop and conduct unit and integration testing while addressing any defects.
• Support the migration and initial population of master data into the Data Hub.
• Troubleshoot Data Hub and integration processing issues, identifying root causes.
• Create technical documentation, mappings, and deployment procedures.
• Engage in solution design, technical architecture, and client working sessions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and offshore developers.
• Assist in deployment across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
• Employ best practices in MDM, data governance, integration, and data quality throughout implementations.
• Build relationships as a trusted advisor with clients and assist in sales and business development efforts.
• Travel occasionally based on business and client needs.
• Strong hands-on experience with Boomi Data Hub and Master Data Management principles.
• Proven experience in designing and configuring master data models and domains, golden records, matching and duplicate detection, survivorship rules, source ranking, as well as data validation and quality rules, cross-reference and reference data, record relationships, and stewardship processes.
• Solid hands-on experience with the Boomi Enterprise Platform and Boomi Integration.
• Familiarity with integrating Boomi Data Hub with SaaS, cloud, database, API, and file-based source systems.
• Strong comprehension of MDM concepts, including identity resolution, match and merge, survivorship, data standardization, data quality, data synchronization, and data stewardship.
• Experience in developing source-to-target mappings and transformation logic.
• Proficient SQL skills with experience in analyzing large datasets.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, relational databases, and web services.
• Experience in data profiling and recognizing data quality issues.
• Understanding of batch, scheduled, event-driven, and real-time integration patterns.
• Experience with unit testing, troubleshooting, error handling, logging, and production support.
• Ability to convert functional and business requirements into technical designs.
• Strong client-facing communication and consulting abilities.
• Capacity to independently lead technical design and development sessions.
• Skill in managing deliverables and effectively communicating risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in data integration, data management, MDM, or related technology consulting.
• More than 2 years of hands-on experience with Boomi Data Hub, Boomi Master Data Hub, or similar enterprise MDM implementations.
• Boomi Data Hub certification or current Boomi Data Hub role-based certification/learning path.
• Boomi Integration certification.
• Proven ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
• Experience in supporting sales and business development initiatives.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on business and client needs.
• Over 3 years of hands-on Boomi development experience is preferred.
• Experience completing at least 2 enterprise MDM/Data Hub implementations is preferred.
• Consulting experience within Higher Education, Nonprofit, Healthcare, or Commercial organizations is preferred.
