
Senior Workfront System Administrator β Marketing Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee Workfront at the system level, which includes managing users and groups, defining access levels, creating layout templates, and developing custom forms.
β’ Provide training to users as they gain Workfront access, develop training materials (such as user manuals and guided walkthroughs), and address any platform issues that may arise.
β’ Create, develop, and maintain request queues, routing rules, approval workflows, and automated processes within Workfront to enhance intake efficiency, improve routing accuracy, minimize manual transitions, and expedite time-to-market for marketing initiatives.
β’ Design and manage Workfront Fusion scenarios to facilitate automation and API integrations.
β’ Generate, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards within Workfront.
β’ Collaborate with project coordination team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to expectations, using automation to proactively identify at-risk timelines and bottlenecks before they escalate.
β’ Foster a culture of continuous improvement by consistently identifying manual, repetitive tasks for automation and leading or contributing to the execution of those enhancements.
β’ Achieve measurable efficiency improvements through automation and ongoing process enhancements.
β’ Work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing shared platforms and workflow tools to keep all parties informed and aligned throughout project execution.
β’ Communicate effectively and confidently with diverse stakeholders, translating technical automation and AI concepts into understandable language for non-technical audiences.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is preferred; 3β5 years of relevant professional experience in an advertising agency, marketing project management, or a similar field.
β’ Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification is preferred.
β’ Experience with both traditional and digital creative development processes, ensuring that content aligns with business goals and adheres to brand and compliance standards.
β’ Proven ability to build relationships with internal team members, external agencies, and cross-functional groups.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated proficiency in presentations.
β’ Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
β’ A strong client-focused approach; efficient in delivering results within deadlines.
β’ Ability to solve problems effectively; escalates issues when necessary.
β’ Eligibility for incentive compensation, which may encompass production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
