This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and continually enhance workforce models that align with business demand factors, such as sales pipeline, renewals, account segmentation, and account complexity.
• Create and sustain both group and individual-level capacity models for Strategic Account Executives.
• Design and refine an account complexity framework, translating it into distinct capacity assumptions.
• Construct weighted capacity models that take client complexity into account.
• Interpret projected new business, client modifications, and retention churn into hiring and coverage strategies.
• Formulate scenario-based models for decisions regarding headcount, hiring timing, and organizational structure.
• Act as the definitive source of truth for workforce planning updates directed to senior leadership.
• Ensure real-time visibility into open positions, candidate pipeline status, and hiring advancements.
• Provide updates on the health of the hiring pipeline, role prioritization, at-risk personnel, and needs for backfill or capacity.
• Assist HR and leadership in transforming workforce plans into actionable hiring initiatives.
• Oversee and manage hiring pipelines from the requisition approval stage through to offer acceptance.
• Facilitate candidate prioritization grounded in workforce modeling insights.
• Maintain workforce dashboards that display individual SAE capacity and utilization.
• Identify stressors or inefficiencies arising from account complexity and imbalanced workload distribution.
• Deliver succinct, executive-ready insights regarding hiring, backfill, account assignment, and segmentation decisions.
• Recognize risks associated with turnover, performance, and shifts in demand.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to formulate workforce assumptions and decisions.
• Ensure workforce data is consistent, accurate, and properly represented across all systems and reports.
• Promote alignment between workforce planning, compensation structures, and operational execution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in constructing and utilizing effective workforce planning models, capacity planning, and workforce analytics within a mid- to enterprise-sized organization.
• Proven experience in developing capacity models that reflect variability rather than averages.
• Experience in modeling workload at the individual contributor level, preferably in Account Management, Strategic Account Executive, or similar positions.
• Strong analytical abilities with the talent to convert complex inputs into actionable decisions.
• Experience in supporting hiring planning and pipeline management processes.
• Capability to function in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and high-level visibility.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey data into clear, actionable updates for leadership.
• Preferred: experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Account Management settings.
• Preferred: familiarity with portfolio-based roles where account complexity influences workload models.
• Preferred: experience in developing segmentation, coverage, or capacity models for client-facing teams.
