
Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist, Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
β’ Deliver exceptional claims handling oversight and expertise for all CRS clients
β’ Evaluate claims during staffing shortages, carry out investigations, and negotiate settlements
β’ Oversee and record claim files, emphasizing Coverage, Investigation, Reserves, Plan of Action, Legal, and Medical Management
β’ Support team members with their objectives and career development
β’ Organize regular team meetings and coordinate training sessions
β’ High school diploma; a college degree is preferred
β’ A minimum of 5 years in adjusting property and casualty claims, including litigated claims
β’ Previous experience in agency, loss control, or carrier roles is preferred
β’ Prior supervisory experience is preferred
β’ An active state-specific Workers Compensation License is required, or the ability to obtain one within three months of hire
β’ In-depth knowledge of General and Auto Liability or Workers Compensation coverage
β’ Proficient in claims processing methodologies
β’ Familiarity with or the capability to learn various state insurance regulations
β’ Strong understanding of claims principles, practices, and interpretation of insurance coverage
